At OLIPHANT Design, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all seasonal sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
